Find the PDFs on your site that won't meet the April 2027 ADA Title II deadline.

Enter your public website. The free scan reads a sample of the pages and lists PDFs that fail basic checks. It is an inventory and an exception register, not a compliance certification.

How it works

  1. 1. Scan

We read public pages on your site and the PDFs they link to.

  2. 2. Review the report

See how many PDFs likely need a fix, how many may be exceptions, and where to start.

  3. 3. Fix or document exceptions

Use the list with your web staff and counsel. The notes are not a legal determination.

Pricing

A paid scan reads more of the site than the free sample. It is an inventory and an exception register, not a compliance certification.

Buy opens a Stripe page for a card. Pay by invoice/PO emails a hosted invoice due in 30 days.

Sample inventories

Saved reports from public sites. Each one is an inventory and an exception register, not a compliance certification.

Questions

When is the deadline?

Public entities with 50,000 or more people: April 26, 2027. Smaller public entities and special districts: April 26, 2028. The Department of Justice rule is 28 CFR 35.200, as extended in April 2026. It covers web content, including PDFs.

What counts as an exception under 28 CFR 35.201?

Archived content can be excepted when it is kept only for reference, sits in a clearly labeled archive, and is not changed. A document that already existed can be excepted unless people use it to apply for, gain access to, or take part in a service or program. This scan flags possible cases for your staff to review. It does not decide that an exception applies.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Choose a tier and use Pay by invoice/PO. We email a hosted invoice due in 30 days. Card payment opens a Stripe page, and card numbers are not typed here. Neither path is a certification of accessibility.
